Failed to create instance of views scheduling component

[Problem in Project Task Viewing]

I have project server 2002 running with SQL Server on separate machine.
Web Access was working fine, but few days before I couldn't see my project
tasks details on Project View.
I could only see Project Summary.

When I logged in to server, and saw application event log, I see lots of
following messages:

The Views Notification Service is a weak link in PS. Thankfully they got rid
of it in 2007. We have trouble with it all the time (2003). You can try
deleting the contents of the viewdrop folder (C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office Project Server 2003\BIN\VIEWDROP) & restarting the Views Notification
Service. To be safe you could move the contents of the ViewDrop folder to
another folder and then move them back one at a time so the good ones process
properly. Any transactions that are deleted won't be processed to PWA. The
PMs will need to Republish Assignments in order for them to be pushed out
again (NOT just Publish All).
