"failed to create video email" error

OIF Desert Fun

The video email add-in worked fine for a couple of months, now all I get is
"failed to create video email" errors wheever I try to make a video email.
I've tried to un-install and re-install to no avail. Any recommneded fixes
for this? What's going on?
