Failed to find a valid qualifying product

Hi,

I am trying to install Project 2000 on a machine at a client site, on a
machine running win2000 with Office 2000 and they are receiving the error
"Failed to find a valid qualifying product". To my knowledge the CD is an
original full installation CD for Project 2000.

Any advice?

Colin,
From the message you received, it is apparent the CD is an upgrade, not
a full install. The only advice I can offer is to either find a full
install of Project 98 and then use the upgrade for Project 2000, or get
a full version CD for Project 2000. Either one should be available
through a source such as eBay.
