Well, this is the error message clicking "Update" using the msnsq Add-In.
Clicking "Insert" generates the error message "Failed to load dialog" + "you
must be connected to the Internet for this add-in to work properly" as if I
am not connected.

I have run excel /regserver and thou office is so slick now, this add-in is
still generating error messages.

Well. One part of the problem is solved. The error message pop up window
"Failed to get data" which are recent encounters is caused by invalid input
parameters, Previously it used to give a return value of "N/A".

However still "Insert" generates the error message "Failed to load dialog" +
"you
must be connected to the Internet for this add-in to work properly" thou
connected.

Have done un/install Office/Excel/msnsq several times over days and have
also run excel /regserver but still this problem exists.
