Failed to open form.

When I try to open my form in Design mode, I get the following message:

InfoPath has encoutnered an error. The operation failed.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

That is a very generic error. Please provide some history of the machine or
the form or your setup.

I am running locally on Windows XP SP2. I have Office 2003 with the latest
service packs. I had opened this form for design numerous times and made
changes. The last time I went to open the form for changes, I get this errors.

I can extract the files through a CAB unpack utility. I can recreate the
data source by use the XML file. However, I cannot fiture out how to
re-create the XSL part (no way to import from InfoPath).

I do not get any other error messages. I can use the form to fill out data
without any apparant problem.
