Failed Updates

I have recently bought this used PC. It is running on
Windows XP Professional, and is loaded with Office 2003,
but I don't have any of the disks. Windows update is fine
and I am right upto date. I have downloaded the Office
updates but when I try to instal them, it fails. I get
the message that SKU011.CAB is missing. I am not an IT
wizard so I have no idea what to do about it. HELP?

You should have receive the system and office disks or you should not have
bought the computer. You are probably going to have to buy a replacement
copy of Office 2003, probably full version, if you want to continue the
update. MS will not help you. Your only other recourse would be the return
the computer and get a refund or the missing disks.
