I have just got a new laptop and reinstalled my office 2003 Professional
from the network admin location. For some reason, all programs are SP2,
except OneNote that is version 11.5510.6568. The SP2 version I have on my
other PC is 11.6554.8107 (and it states specifically SP2).
I tried reinstalling - no avail. I also tried installing the OneNote 2003
SP2 update package, but the installation terminates with the message "This
update has already been applied", and nothing is changed. I also tried
applying the full Office 2003 SP2 update, and that one goes through well,
but OneNote remains unchanged.
My problem now is I can't read many of my notes. I get a message "This note
was created in a later version..."
Anyone can advise on how to force this update? Is there a setting in the
Registry that will "unlock" my OneNote to updating?
