failing to upload changes to FP

fails to accept correct ip address to upload to. I probably messed this up
when I tried to upload changes to a different domain and it accepted that
but will not change back. I am anOLD user...5-6 years.

What happens when you use File | Publish web instead of just Publish? The
Publish command only remembers the last site you published to.
