failure notice although message has delivered

D

doghousedesign

we're using outlook 2003 and have a few different email accounts set up to be
received in the one spot. when external parties email to one of the accounts
in the list, the sender is issued with a failure notice (see below), although
the message is actually delivered to the requested recipient's inbox without
delay??

any ideas re how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
many thanks
mj

Sounds like more of a server issue.
You'll need to contact support for the email server you use.
