Failure to connect to Project server by windows account

Hello :
I got one problem. I could connect to project server with my
windows account from project professional.
Today I found that I could not connect to Project server with my
windows account. Therefore I logged into project server with project server
administrator account and it is ok. I found one problem when I open VBA
editor and tried to remove forms in project.Global area the error message
shows that "network connection is failure". I did not understand why the
error message happens. Is it any relation to my windows account problem?
Anyone got the problem before and solved it?
