I have 3 identities. Comcast is the provider on two of the 3. One of the Comcast identities works perfectly; the other identity —[email protected]— receives mail perfectly, but will not generate a new email form. The 3rd identity is through an different service provider and works perfectly.

The installation from Outlook Express worked perfectly. All of my folders and data are in place.

Do you really mean "three identities" as in Entourage menu --> Switch
Identity... or do you mean "three accounts"? You can set up all three
accounts in just one identity.

The only problem you've mentioned is that one account won't "generate a
new email form". Can you explain what you mean by this? Can you select
File --> New --> Mail Message and will a new window appear? If not, what
error messages do you receive?
