I struggled for 3 days trying to update Office 2003 after a succession of
"Installation Falied" messages and following your recommendations.
I finally used the "FullFile" download and it worked first time.
For Broadband users I suggest that this is made the first option - rather
than use other options which need registry changes which can always lead to
disaster.!
