Failure to print all handout pages

When I try and print handouts I only get one page printed. I have 114
slides that I would like at 6 per page. I am having to resort to
printing batches of 6 slides. anyone any ideas on how to overcome the
problem?

Does PPT stall or crash while printing, or does it seem to finish ok,
but only one page comes out of the printer?

As a workaround, try saving to PDF, then open the PDF and print from
there.

Make sure Office is fully updated. PPT will still display as 11.5.1 in the
About screen but the current level for Office is 11.5.3 & component plug-ins
are affected. The Updater Logs folder in the MS Office 2004 folder will
confirm whether you're at 11.5.3 or not.

Also, check to make sure you have the latest driver installed for your
printer. Applications don't do the printing, they simply call the service
provided by the OS & hand the data off. It's then up to the OS & the printer
to render the job. Confirm all your print settings as well.
