Failure to Print Envelopes

I've had repeated episodes of failure to print #10 envelopes from my
MacBookPro Intel and Word for Mac, Ver 10.2. A couple of times it's worked,
but mostly it just fails. Everything else prints, so I know the printer
connection is not the issue.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Certain printers, mostly from hp, are famous for getting confused about
envelope paper sizes. They print where the envelope isn't.

Part of the solution is getting the most recent drivers properly
installed. Another might be experimenting with the orientation
settings. See what print preview and print to PDF do. Also try setting
the printer to "Any Printer" in the print dialog and repeating the PDF
experiment.
