Failure to send a status report request through PWA

Using PWA I created a status report for approximately 30 people. I submitted
the request and no one received the e-mail. We have tested this function
before on a select group and it seemed to work fine. Some of these people we
added recently and some have been in the Enterprise Resource Pool for some
time. None received the request. Looking at the server config. in PWA we see
a message that says 'AD group partially failed to synchronize with the
Enterprise Resource Pool". We are thinking this may be the cause of our
problem. Does anyone know of a fix? Note: we have not installed SP1 and I am
told this may fix the problem.

This is correct SP1 may well fix the issue. Please read the SP1 updates
section. I would advise that if you are looking at doing a service pack
anyway though that you look at installing SP2a and Project SP2. Either way
please ensure that you keep the client and server in sync. If you install SP1
on the server then install SP1 on the client. SP2a Server = SP2 on client.

Again please read the information provided on either service pack before you
attempt. One thing to be especially careful of is: if you have modified any
of the .asp pages with custom code they will not update. Additional
information on this and other cautions can be found with the information
provided with the service pack.
