Failure to update display/redraw after Data Table calculates

If you create a Data Table (the {TABLE(,A2)} kind, and then reference a
result cell, and then update the Data Table input parameters, the reference
to the result cell does not change. Hit F9 or Calculate Now all you want, it
doesn't update. Now scroll down and then back up (or page down, page up).
It's changed!

Here's how to enter the simplest table ever.

A1: 1 B1: =A1
A2: 1
B3: =B2
Then select the range A1:B2 and click Data->Whatif Analysis->Data Table
and choose A1 as the column input cell. Cells A1, A2, B1, B2, B3 should all
be 1.

Change A2 to 2, and B2 will become 2, but B3 stays 1. F9 etc, it's still 1,
until you force the screen to redraw (i.e., page down + page up, minimize and
restore, change worksheets and come back, etc.).

What's really interesting is if you copy the cell when it is displaying an
unupdated value (i.e. the 1 in B3 above after A2 was changed to 2) and then
paste it somewhere like Word, it's the updated result.

It's like Excel isn't redrawing the screen for updated dependent calculation
results after it calcs the Data Table.

Any thoughts?
