False Activation Reply

I reinstalled Office XP on my computer after having it
reimaged. When I tried to activate it, it said the
product was already liscenced. I was not given a phone
number to contact anyone so I have no way of correcting
this problem. Help Please.

The next time you open an Office program and it asks to activate, use the
telephone option, not the Internet option.

That doesn't sound like a problem to me. "It says it is
already licensed" Doesn't that imply that you don't need
to activate again?
