False Add-in Message

When I start Outlook I get the message:
"C:\documents and ....\Microsoft\AddIns\wfoladin.dll is not a valid
Office Add-in." I've searched my system for the .dll file but can not find
it.

Also, in Advanced Options\Add-inManager there is a item "Redemption Help
Outlook Extension" that I uncheck but it keeps coming back.

I'm been using Outlook 2003 for about a year, and this just started happening.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
