Fames Support IE7

I am a newie attempting to develop a website for my photography hobby. Using
Frontpage 2003 with IE7 as a Brower and Web Site Design: For Professional
Photographers by Paul Brooks Rose an Jean Holland-Rose as a reference which
uses frames as part of the design. The report Problem Summary states that
frames are not supported by this brower (IE7), I would like to know
definitively if this true?

Keep in mind, frames haven't been recommended to be used for a long, long
time. Mostly because they don't play nicely with search engines, they can
becomne a pain to maintain, and you can never link directly to a page as you
have to link to the frameset.

Thanks a lot Mark, I really appreciate the information. I guess my only
alternative is to learn how to use tables inlieu of frames.
