How do I make a family tree on Excell or poweroint, Thanks

Neither, try Word, Insert, Picture, Organization chart instead.

in any office program
you can usually select/open
the drawing toolbar.

then you can click and add
boxes and lines and
build something that
looks like a flowchart.

by right clicking on
the boxes or lines
you will have additional
options, line color, add
text, etc...
