My pages have a lot of tables. I have seen a lot of web sites that have
tables with rounded corners. i want to do the same on some of my tables
using Frontpage 2002. Anyone know how its done?

Most sites with rounded corners on the tables are using gif
images of the corners.

FP2003 has a built in feature to do this.

With 2002 you'd use a image editor to create a big box with rounded corners,
then slice the image and use the four corner slices in a table in FP.

OP said "blue coloured table on the left"... To my mind, the tabs are
on the top. :)
In any case, all the rounded corners on the page are done with gifs.

Look at the images. They are virtually invisible. And they are EYEBROW
images.

The tab corners are the ones I posted! 8)

In 2003 it's still using gif's ain't it? I've only briefly explored that
part of 2003.

i was told that with FP 2003 that it can be done without using GIF. I know
have FP 2003, bought it yesterday. please dont tell me it cant be done
without using GIF. Someone.... please show me how its done using FP2003.

M

Murray

It can be done with CSS, but it's not worth the trouble, since it is not
well supported. What's your reason for not using the most reliable method?

T

Thomas A. Rowe

FP will create the GIF image for you.

What have you got against using a gif?
