one mroe thing i forgot to mention, i understand that the
owner of the database and it's objects cannot be the Admin
user. I did need to create the new databse and then import
everything to it, and the owner of everything was myself.
However, i tested changing workgroups back to the default,
and when i did that, the owner for everything because
<unknown>.

Then the group "Users" or the user "Admin" must still have some permissions.

Any time the owner is a user defined in a different MDW file, it will be shown as
"Unknown" because the current MDW has no information on that user.

well if we can't make the owner a user defined, because
then it will be unknown, and we can't make the owner the
Admin user because they will have full rights, then who do
we set the owner to? i'm confused
