FAQs or Troubleshooting TIPS for Help Desk 1st Call resolution

I am looking for a set of FAQs w/Answers if anyone has developed one or has
seen one that I can download. We are going live with Proj.Srvr EPM in January
and I was hoping someone might help with a "cheat sheet" to give the helpdesk
for 1st call resolution.
