Why does it take me 26 minutes to download three patches of 50 MB total using
Office Update, when the same patches took me 3 minutes and 35 seconds to
download with Mozilla Firefox Downloader? Far as I know, it has always been
like this - Windows Update took forever to download things of like 10 MB that
could have been picked up in 10 seconds using conventional managers... This
annoys me greatly - I have only recently begun using Office again after many
years with open-source software, and Office is SO much slower on the update
download speed. To change this would be welcome... Just a suggestion from a
user used to blazing-fast downloads except from Update.
