fatal error during installation

Dear friends,

I am recently install Microsoft one not 2003 which I have downloaded from
genuine advantage special offers (6 months trial). After installing Microsoft
one not 2003 I have installed office 2002. After that, I Have tried to update
one note to sp2 but installation fails. Therefore, I have uninstalled one
note. However, after then now when I tried to install one note I am getting
error as ‘FATAL ERROR DURING INSTALLATION’ and installation stops. Which
steps would I take to resolve that error? Please guide me further.

Troubleshooting step has already taken:
1. Uninstall Microsoft office 2002 use disk cleanup-to-cleanup unnecessary
files delete all files in windows\temp folder and tried to install it again
but still getting same error.

os: win xp home sp2
com manufacturer: HP, model no: w5130in desktop pc
antivirus software: quick heal 2006
os version: 2002 (5.1.2006)
RAM: 256mb
freespace: 32GB
Antispyware:windows defender beta 2
My windows copy is up to date
pricessor:p4 3.0GH
