Fatal Error only with Large Screen Resolution -- reposting

Access 2002, Windows XP, SQL Server 2002, ADP file. I have a form that is
generating a "fatal error" report on open only when the screen resolution is
set to lower than 1280x1024. I've tested this on several machines. I've
recreated the adp file and recompiled the code and that seems to have no
effect. Ideas?
