Fatal Error when repairing/Reloading OneNote

I get a fatal error when using Control Panel to "Change" and then
update/repair my OneNote. I am unable to correct this problem, seemingly.

Can anyone help?

Aloha Kevin,

Do you have your original installation CD? If so can you do an Uninstall
and then Reinstall?
