Have lost the ability to save, open, save as from both Word and Excel. Every
time I hit save as, or open file, the program freezes and "non-responding"
comes up, causing closure. Upon opening, the "lost file" shows, but I get
the same problem when I want to save it. Anyone had this problem? HELP!
