fault bucket in outlook

Everytime I start outlook, it crashes and I leave the restart button checked
during the error report. On restart outlook works fine. I am fully current
according to the windows update and office update site, and am using XP Pro
with Office XP. I have run detect and repair...started in safe mode,
etc...etc...

I am getting event id 1000 with the message that indicates the faulting app
is outlook.exe version 10.0.4510.0 and the module is shlwapi.dll version
6.0.2800.1106 with a fault address of 0x00002f17.

I also get an event message of 1001 saying fault bucket 31407744, another
one saying 29819788.

It is making life with outlook very frustrating. I have searched around and
heard about the shlwapi null pointer vulnerability, as well as heard of a
few people discussing the Nvidia card being an issue. That driver is current
(Using an Inspiron 4150).

This is happening to me in Outlook, not Outlook Express.

It also seems to be tied to my net connection. When I have no connection,
specifically when DNS can't resolve my server name, I get the error...hope
that helps shed some more light on the situation.
