Faulting application error

Faulting application winword.exe, version 11.0.8106.0, stamp 44f8a192,
faulting module winword.exe, version 11.0.8106.0, stamp 44f8a192, debug? 0,
fault address 0x000bfd0a.

I get this message no matter what I seem to be doing a few times during the
day. I use Word 2003 and Windows XP. I then have to close Word and start
again and I'm asked if I want to save changes to my normal.dot. I have
reformatted my hard drive and made a new normal.dot. I have installed all
updates from Microsoft.

Did you get a solution for this issue as I am experiencing the same
thing ?!
