Hi Eddy,

Word queries your printer driver to obtain various information. The
faulting file points to your printer driver so try updating your
printer driver and see if that resolves the problem.

Hi Beth,

I have tried to work with several documents and i think
the problem is that when i want to work on a document
made in a older version of word, word 2003 crash after
time an trie to repair my document. The problem not
occurs when i make an new document in word 2003.
The older documents where made in Word 2000 (UK version)
and my new Word 2003 is a Dutch version, i have install
the patch from microsoft..
Is this possible?

Hi Eddy,

Anything is possible. :)

But I don't think I can help you out on this issue - Sorry! :-(

I haven't heard the problem you describe to be an issue, but then I
know little about other language versions of Word. If you do not
obtain additional information here then you might try posting in the
microsoft.public.nl.office.word newsgroup:
http://communities2.microsoft.com/c...nl.office.word&cat=nl-BE-office&lang=nl&cr=BE

They may be able to help reproduce this issue since the majority of
those who hang out there use a Dutch version of Word.
