faulting application winword.exe

Hi to everybody,

in my company it's used Office Premium 2000 EN-US Edition.
Now i'm installing Office 2000 on new PCs with Windows XP SP2 EN-US Ed.
preinstalled. After the final steps of preinstallation i have upgraded it by
Microsoft Windows Update Web Site.
Also i have upgraded Office 2000 at last patches released by Microsoft.
Now the problem is that on this PCs while the User work with Word this go
down unexpectedly. And later if i run Word it crashs everytime.
In the Event Viewer the error is described with follow: "faulting
application winword.exe, version 9.0.0.8961, faulting module winword.exe,
version 9.0.0.8961, fault address 0x0036a8e7"

Can somebody help me??

I suppose that problem is the network printer installed as default.
Now I do this test this for a week selecting a local printer (PDFcreator) as
default printer.

P.S.: I installed Office XP on one of these PC and the problems do not
occours.
