faulting module msaccess.exe, version 10.0.4302.0

Can anyone help me with this error. I have several users
that experience this when opening Access files from the
network.

Faulting application msaccess.exe, version 10.0.4302.0,
faulting module msaccess.exe, version 10.0.4302.0, fault
address 0x00209bbe.

Any ideas?
