Faulting MSO.DLL & OUTLLIB.DLL in Outlook

I continue to have problems with Outlook 2003, I am running a Windows
XP machine and it doesn't matter what I am doing it is constantly
crashing. I can try and open an email, reply, delete, create anything
and it crashes. I have tried changing the OUTLLIB.DLL to OUTLLIB.OLD
and running detect and repair and I still get the same problems. Now I
am getting the OUTLLIB.DLL error and MSO.DLL error:

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8010.0, stamp 43d16d53,
faulting module mso.dll, version 11.0.6568.0, stamp 42e18ef6, debug? 0,
fault address 0x00033346.

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8010.0, stamp 43d16d53,
faulting module outllib.dll, version 11.0.8010.0, stamp 43d16cd2,
debug? 0, fault address 0x005f0671.

Any help someone can give me I would greatly appreciate, I can't even
read 1 email with out it crashing on me.
Thanks

Does it work when you start Outlook in safe mode?

Ok, it seems to be running slower in safe mode and it seems like it
wants to kick me out, and it freezes up but then releases itself and
lets me start working again. So now in safe mode I am running really
slow and freezing but then it is releasing me. Now what?? Any ideas??
