Favicon not working with IE

My favicon is not working with IE but it does work with Safari and
MozillaFirebird

I've got the following code between the header tags <link rel="shortcut
icon" HREF="http://www.siennaclub.org/siennaclub.ico">

Here's another site (Favicon.com) with the same code in the header as mine
and it does work and their code is:
<LINK REL="SHORTCUT ICON" HREF="favicon.ico"> Which is also between the
header tags.

Any ideas as to why it won't work?

Try renaming all siennaclub.ico to favicon.ico (and change the link)
Clear your IE cache and history, and delete your favorite for the site,browse to it and create a new favorite
