Brent Johnson - VIP Group

Im having a problem putting in my favicon I know that it has to go in
between both <head> & </head> but I dont know how to change that in
publisher. Were do I go to insert the html code for my favicon

You can't.
The only way you can achieve this when using Publisher, which is not a tool
primarily designed for making web pages, is to manually edit the html pages
which it creates.
In fact, you probably don't need to do this to achieve what you want
anyway - just name your icon file "favicon.ico" and put it in the root
directory of your web site, and browsers will pick it up automatically. See:
