I have Outlook 2003 that I'm using with Microsoft Vista.
I use MSN for my e-mail and I have managed to get the e-mail messages to
show up on Outlook.
My problem is with the Favorite Folders. When I try to add my MSN account
to the Favorite Folders, nothing happens - there are no messages that get
transferred over.
My frustration is that every time I re-open Outlook it goes to the Favorite
Folder and shows that I have no mail. I need to click on the MSN Account to
see my messages.
What am I doing wrong? I read that the Favorites Folder should "mirror" the
primary folder but it doesn't seem to be working.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
