Favourite Folders and Rules sharing in Outlook 2007 between 2 machines

Hello,

I've got my PST files on my PC and my laptop is setup to use these via the
LAN or wireless network (i.e. I'm sharing one set of PSTs for my 2 machines)
but the rules have stopped working on my PC and they all have "(For other
machine)" in their names now, though the actual rules appear to be the
unchanged.

Also when I close down Outlook on my PC and open it up on my laptop all my
Favourite Folders have gone.

How can I have the rules work on both machines (the rules on my laptop were
exported from my PC and imported on my laptop)? The rules appear to work
fine on my laptop after a quick test.

And do I stop my Favourite Folders disappearing on my laptop? The fav
folders are fine on my PC.
