In Outlook when composing a new message on the To line I
type in the name of a contact in my contacts folder. When
Outlook checks the names, if the contact has a Fax number
it will present me with a dialog to choose whether to send
to the email address or the FAX. I never use the FAX
option. Is there a way to get Outlook not to consider FAX
numbers as valid email addresses? BTW, I am using Office
XP, but the problem also occurred on Outlook 2000.
