Fax Cover Pages

How do I stop a cover page from being sent with every
fax. It is not a personal cover page I can delete, but a
system cover page. I can uncheck the box that says to
send a cover page, but have to do so on every fax. We are
faxing a Word doc from the Fax Console. How do I change
the default? THANK YOU

You need to post the fax software you are using and the precise steps by
which you are sending a fax. What you post does not fit with any fax
software I know (you cannot fax an attachment from the Windows XP Fax
Console, for example), so I cannot read between the lines and guess what you
are doing.
