FAX coversheet downloads

when I download a FAX coversheet into WORD and add company information in the
Company Information block, this information DOES NOT print on the actual FAX
cover sheet. How do I fix this please?

Which fax cover sheet for which Word version? The fax templates I have seen
use Macrobutton fields for the user to insert data such as Company name. If
you want the sheet to obtain the information from somewhere you will have to
modify the template to allow you to do that.
