fax coversheet

I want to make a fax coversheet to use with my business.
I want to be able to type text on a line, but everytime I type words on
the line the line moves with the text. How can I make a sheet that will
let me type and fill in the lines without the lines moving.

Might be easier to modify one of the standard fax cover sheet templates
that come with Microsoft Word. But if you want to make your own, see

Take a look at the Fax cover sheets that come with Word. They are in the
Letters and Faxes tab of the New File dialog. These can be built with tables
and the table cell border makes up the underline.
