Fax from Outlook 2007 for the first time

I have set up an account for iFax, but going to Outlook I don't see how to
access the screen for preparing and sending fax. Thought it would be easy!

I am sure it is a simple thing to do, but I would be obliged if anyone can
tell me how to prepare the new message in Outlook and send ( all I can see is
for emails)?
