Fax function not work in differences computer config.

Dear all:
i've two computers and config are as following;
1)Computer (A) OS is win-2K with office2003 and
Computer (B) OS is win-2K with office-XP
2)i've a Access file (*.mdb by Access-2002 format) and run
in A and B computers with the following coding. i need to
send out the invoices by fax.
3)it does not in Computer (B) only, and i found the
difference between both is;
in the fax monitor, it show the number you want to fax and
it seen like that "Dialing Fax:25327464" the problem
is "Fax:" modem can not dial for "FAX:". because when i
run this file in Computer (A) the fax monitor only
shows "Dialing 25327464".
please help!
