Fax not available in Word merge

I'm using Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003 to do a mail merge to fax.

In Word there is an available icon for merge to printer or merge to email
but the fax icon isn't available. I have the fax modem on the pc loaded and I
loaded Microsoft fax software.
