fax problem with SP2

Hi all
I am using word 2003 to send faxes by shared fax (Fax services)
When I send any thing, I select an option to display a pop up window that
telling me about delivery status
But after installing windows XP service pack 2 the pop up stop working
I tried exception WinWord.exe and fxssend.exe from firewall list and its
still didn't work
Any thing else working correctly in sending faxes

Any help...
