Fax template printing problem

When I view a MS professional fax template onscreen, I see checkboxes next to
"Urgent," "For Review," "Please Comment," and other options. But when I print
the fax, the paper displays "{MACROBUTTON CheckIt}" where the checkboxes
appeared onscreen. How do I get the printed page to stop printing text in
braces where the boxes should appear?

I think if you click on the Tools menu, select options and then select the
print tab, you will find you have cross in the box called field codes under
the heading Inlcude with Document. Remove this cross and I think your
problems will be solved.
