fax tracking info automatically to customers

I have our Access database linked to our shipping systems fedex/ups/dhl to
record tracking numbers for shipments. The company owner wants the tracking
numbers automatically faxed to the customers. Does anyone know how i would
do this? I think I might need some kind of fax software. Any suggestions?
