Fax vs. email address

When I try to send an email from my contacts list in
Outlook 2003, the Display name is listed twice or three
times and I have a problem diffentiating whether the
display name refers to the fax number or email address or
addresses. The only way I can tell is to right click and
check the properties. Is there anyway to have the
contacts list describe what the display name refers to?

How would you resize the address book and what would
resizing accomplish?

No.
Resize the Address Book so you won't need to.

Drag the corner.
Resizing is Microsoft's solution to the problem of not being able to
distinguish one address type from another. Once it's resized, you can see
which address is which. It is a marvelous new feature in Outlook 2003.
