I cannot read the fax. I am using office XP version 2002.
the message " the fax document cannot be displayed because your operating
system does not have a default viewer for fax document. (.tif files).
It used to work perfect before.
How do I install that file from CD office XP?
I went to control panel and i went to add/delete. need help to know what to
do next?

Right click on the .tif file and choose Open With and then choose
Windows Picture and Fax Viewer and tick where it says "Always use this
program ...".

Well, if you ever get an idea as to which application you want to
view fax documents (.tif files) with, you can create a file
association as described in
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=307859 "How to change file
associations in Windows XP".
